Our parking ramp is underground, beneath the building, with its entrance on S. Webster Street — the outer ring of the Capitol Square. S. Webster is one-way, counter-clockwise, so the ramp entrance comes up just south of W. Washington Avenue. If you circle the inner ring (hugging the Capitol), you cannot reach the ramp — stay on the outer ring.
